We provide everything — commercial-grade lights, clips, cords, timers, and installation materials. 


No — we use a lease model. You get brand-new or like-new commercial lights each year, and we take care of storage and maintenance. No need to own or store anything. 


 We start early October and run through mid-December. Earlier bookings get priority scheduling. 


Yes. Takedown begins right after New Year’s and continues through January. 


 Yes — storage is included at no additional cost. 


Maintenance is included. We’ll come fix or replace anything — usually within 24–48 hours. 


 Yes, we only use commercial-grade LEDs that are brighter, safer, and more energy-efficient than retail lights. 


 Rooflines, peaks, windows, doors, gutters, trees, bushes, walkways, columns, garages, fences, retaining walls — almost anything. 


 Yes. We can add wreaths, garlands, greenery, bows, and custom décor. 


 Absolutely — warm white, cool white, classic red/green, candy cane, multi-color, or custom patterns.
